ABB Collaborates With CLIEC To Support A Major Pulp And Paper Project Along The “One Belt One Road”

CLIEC will provide a turn-key solution to the customer inclusive of equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, and civil construction. It’s a significant project, as it is one of the first major overseas projects undertaken by a Chinese EPC in the pulp and paper industry. ABB’s pulp and paper team has been involved from the early stages, actively communicating with customers to offer tailor-made solutions to serve customer needs, and offering technical consulting services over the past four years.

China Light Industry International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CLIEC), is the former China National Beijing Contracting & Engineering Institute for Light Industry, which was founded in January 1953.
