At the beginning of November, US label solutions provider Iconex announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Schades and R+S from Hansol Paper.
As a result of this transaction, Iconex, already the market leader in North America, would become the European market leader as well, the company announced. Hansol acquired Schades and R+S in 2013 and 2015, respectively.
With the integration of Schades and R+S significantly expanding Iconex’ geographic presence in Europe, the company will now operate from 14 locations in seven countries on three continents.
