Elliot Feldman is the legal representative for Resolute Forest Products in the latest case on U.S. duties put on Canadian-made newsprint. He says the entire industry, except NORPAC, is against the tariffs. He also says these tariffs, amid a secular decline of newspaper demand, means this will mean the difference between a “graceful departure from the industry” or “a sudden or harsh one.’
